To my knowledge, there is only a 24 hour period that you can get pregnant while ovulating. But I don't know how long the ovulation process takes. Also, sperm can live in your body for up to 2 or 3 days so it is possible to still become pregnant even if you aren't ovulating at the exact time that you are having sex. So, if you were ovulating while you were having unprotected sex, then it is very possible that you are pregnant.
I had acid reflux before, during, and after pregnancy. However, it was the worst when I was pregnant. I mostly just used tums, but my doctor said I could use Zantac (and that it would work better). I can't remember what he said about prilosec, but I'm pretty sure he said it was also okay to use. I am not 100% sure though, so it wouldn't hurt to consult a doctor if you think you might be pregnant.

Hi! First of all, no, just because you had unprotected sex during ovulation does not mean you will definitely get pregnant. It took my husband and I a full year of lots of sex ABSOLUTELY during ovulation (used a predictor kit and charting) before I finally got pregnant. I think the chances of getting pregnant are like 20% if you time sex during ovulation. It all depends on if the swimmers reach the egg and fertilize. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

I have never had acid reflux UNTIL I got pregnant. Then it was awful from my second trimester on. Tums helped a lot, but I think that Zantac is ok too. Check with your Dr. or google it to make sure, but I know several of the OTC heartburn remedies are fine.

Good luck!
